Wig Out! at Interfest

It looks like I just can't let go of Wig Out! (or it can't let go of me). I will be doing a reading of Tarell Alvin McCraney's play here in NYC at Interfest, a free arts and ideas festival at the Harlem School of the Arts! The reading will be followed by an open discussion between the actors and audience.

I am so excited to reprise my role of Fay and continue to explore her character and the world of the play. I am also thrilled to be joined by a familiar face - Jamyl Dobson, who played Rey Rey the mother of the House of Light in Studio Theatre's production in Washington D.C.! It'll be even more interesting to read the play with a new set of people (some of who are also New Studio on Broadway Alumni from NYU) and I am so excited for the process.
